New combustion chamber and vertical spark plug
The 125cc engine features a completely redesigned engine head and combustion chamber to accommodate the new CMR7H sparkplug in a vertical rather than an angled position. The sparkplug's more compact design and orientation optimize internal fluid dynamics, ensuring more efficient combustion. The result is an even more precise and immediate response to the throttle control and smooth operation at all engine speeds.
Suspension package with new my27 settings
The suspension system combines the R16V front fork with fork tubes featuring a 10 mm shorter center distance and a lightweight monoshock with an aluminum body. For the MY27, Beta's engineers have developed an updated suspension tuning package that enhances the riding feel, offering the perfect balance between sensitivity in reading the terrain and support when tackling the most challenging obstacles.
Advanced control unit hardware
A new electronic control unit that improves overall reliability and ensures more consistent engine management even under the most severe operating conditions.
And black design
A dynamic and sporty MY27 graphics scheme that combines red and black to highlight the vehicle's sharp lines and sleek profile.
Adjustable clutch with diaphragm springs
Racing-derived multi-disc wet clutch with light engagement and three positions for adjustable preload.
Integrated cooling and tilting radiator
A system free of external piping, featuring a tilting radiator with a cap protected against accidental impacts and a closed-impeller water pump to maintain system efficiency and constant operating temperatures.
